Ọ bụ ibu anaghị ebu ala.

No one carries the whole world alone.

Literal translation
A person carrying a load does not carry the earth with it.
Explanation
The load may be heavy, but it is not the earth itself. The saying can bring a boast or a worry back to scale.
When to use it
When someone exaggerates the weight of their own achievement or burden.
