Delete your Asụsụ Ọma account

Deleting your account removes it and your learning data from Asụsụ Ọma on every device, on the web and in the Android app. It can’t be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Asụsụ Ọma and sign in with the account to delete.
  2. Go to You, then Settings.
  3. Under Learning data, choose Delete my account, then Delete permanently.

The account is deleted at once, and this device is signed out.

Without the app

Email a deletion request from the address you sign in with. The account is deleted within 30 days and a confirmation is sent back.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, profile and chosen name, lesson progress, practice and mastery history, settings, name recording, reminder settings and devices, and the diagnostic reports your app sent.

What is kept

Nothing linked to you. Studio contributors who recorded lesson audio that was approved for every learner keep those recordings in the library with their name, email and account removed. Unapproved recordings are deleted.
